These are scary times all over the world. Life came to a standstill overnight, quarantine, closed stores and workplaces, empty shelves like in war times, separation of loved ones, and fear of death in silent cities.
We need to choose faith over fear! We need to stand on the promises of God, readjust our thinking, and pray!
Lord forgive us for where we failed you and help us in this time of sickness and trouble. We cry out to you, protect your people from this deadly disease and help us find a cure. Give us wisdom on how to stay safe and show us what you want us to do. Father, spare your people and heal our land!
Lord, your Word says, No weapon formed against us shall prosper. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, (Isa. 54:17) We stand on Your Word!
Lord Jesus, you are in control of it all and you said, No one is able to snatch us out of your Father’s hand. (John 10:29) We stand on Your word!
Your Word says, “If you will diligently listen to the Lord your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you.” (Exo. 15:26) Lord, we stand on Your Word!
